"Angelina helped me to be gentle and patient with myself while I was dealing with childhood and generational trauma. Through our work together I was able to maintain perspective on my healing process and make space for myself to work through it. I learned more about how emotions function and what mine had to say to me, and I learned more about trauma and recovery. She was a mirror for my progress and would remind me how much things were changing even when I felt stagnant. She was the first to cheer me on when spring started to return to my life. I quit a dead-end job and moved from the suburbs to a rural area that feeds my soul. Near the end of our time working together, I had the inspiration and energy to create a workshop series which I am still offering.
